Prepare Your Handover Note, Nigerians Won’t Re-elect You – PDP tells Tinubu
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has called on President Bola Tinubu to start preparing his handover note, insisting that Nigerians will not return him to office in 2027.
Speaking at the PDP state secretariat in Yola on Friday, the Organising Secretary of the Adamawa State chapter, Hamza Madagali, said the public had lost patience with the current administration.
He accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) of lacking vision and direction, describing its policies as “anti-people and anti-economy.”
“Nigerians are ready to end the leadership of the present government come 2027,” Madagali declared.
The PDP chieftain pointed to the party’s successful ward congresses in Adamawa as evidence of renewed unity and strength, suggesting it could translate into electoral victory.
“If you look at the composition of the National Convention committees, it is clear that APC’s days in the presidency are numbered.
“Nigerians are wiser now; they know the difference between genuine and fake leadership.
“They cannot afford to gamble with their children’s future. The only way forward is to return the PDP to power,” he said.
