‘We don’t monitor such a record’ — GWR rejects Mandy Kiss’ ‘sex with 100 men’ attempt
Guinness World Records (GWR) has distanced itself from a planned record attempt by Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, the Nigerian content creator popularly known as Mandy Kiss.
Mandy Kiss on Monday announced her intention to have sex with 100 men within 24 hours.
The controversial content creator, who has a following of nearly 400,000 on Instagram, shared a promotional flier stating the attempt would be held on October 30.
The event, according to her, is slated for the Ikorodu area of Lagos, though a specific venue was not disclosed.
The announcement ignited significant public debate, which was further fuelled by the content creator’s frequent self-proclamation as the “president of prostitutes”.
However, in a terse post on X, Guinness World Records responded to the growing controversy by declaring, “This is not a record we monitor”.
The organisation’s reaction makes it unequivocal that it has not approved the attempt and does not endorse or recognise such a category.
This is not the first time a public claim of this nature has been made.
In 2004, American adult film actress Lisa Sparxxx was widely reported to have had sex with 919 men in 22 hours in Warsaw, Poland.
Sparxxx later clarified that the event actually involved approximately 150 participants over a 7.5-hour period. (The cable)
