“Marines mobilised, satellites tracking terrorists”- Ex-US Mayor on Trump’s invasion threat
Mike Arnold, a former Mayor of Blanco City, Texas, has provided further insights into the proposed military invasion by President Donald Trump of the United States of America.
In a recent post made on X on Tuesday, November 4, Arnold said there might be action from the US government on Nigerian soil sooner than expected.
According to the former US Mayor, the Air Force and Marines have already been mobilised with satellites littered all over Nigeria to track the activities of the Islamic terrorists.
“I’m hearing gossip. Gears are turning. I think we may see real action. Air Force mobilised, possibly Marines. Satellites tracking the terrorist,” Arnold stated.
He also insinuated that Nigeria’s president, Bola Tinubu is initiating an escape from the entire scenario with a planned summit outside the country.
Recall that Sahara Reporters had in a report said the Nigerian president had aborted a purported meeting with Trump to attend the G-20 summit on November 20, in Durban.
According to the report, a source said, “Rather there is an invitation on the cards for Tinubu to attend the G-20 summit on November 20 in Durban, South Africa where a likely meeting between Tinubu and Trump is a possibility.”
However, writing further, Arnold said, “Did Tinubu go to a summit or initiate an escape plan? Nothing confirmed but none of this would surprise me.”
He also stated that the US president was never joking or playing around the bush when he said that America would act on the alleged killing of Christians in Nigerian states.
The former US Mayor added, “I told you Trump wasn’t messing around, and with Tinubu‘s tone deaf response, and now flight to South Africa — and with Christian killings ongoing — I would not be surprised to see action very soon. Under these circumstances, a long delay would surprise me even more.”
