Fayose’s mother cries out after grandson threatens to beat, evict her from house
Prophetess Victoria Olufunke Fayose, mother of former Ekiti State governor, Ayodele Fayose, has appealed to Nigerians for prayer assistance as her grandson threatens to forcefully evict her from the house his father gave to her
In a video sighted on Wednesday, the elderly matriarch of the Fayose family, who expressed her frustration in Yoruba language, lamented deep divisions among her children and grandchildren.
“My name is Mrs Olufunke Fayose, mother of former governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose, Please pray for me and my children, this challenge is beyond my comprehension, l am confused as well because is so strange for my Grandchildren to be threatening and coming to chase me out of their father’s house.
“These children were not born when l was struggling with my children but today look at my life. Please put me and my children into prayer….” Madam Fayose said.
According to available information, the tensions escalated after Fayose’s 65th birthday on November 15, with his son, Isaac Fayose, calling him selfish and sister Bose accusing him of enabling threats against their mother.
No response has come from Ayodele Fayose as the video garners thousands of views on social media.
