Primate Ayodele Names Five Powerful People Behind Terrorism in Nigeria
The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has revealed that five influential people are driving terrorism and kidnappings across Nigeria.
He warned that unless these people are identified and dealt with, the nation will continue to face serious security challenges.
Speaking on Friday through his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Ayodele emphasized that the government must act decisively to end the wave of violence.
“Five people are involved in this kidnapping matter that the government must try to identify and take out of the way; otherwise, the nation will continue to be at the mercy of terrorism,” he said.
The cleric also cautioned President Bola Tinubu against engaging in negotiations with terrorists.
He stressed that allowing mediators, including Islamic clerics like Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, to represent the government could worsen insecurity.
“The more we negotiate, the more terrorism increases, and Tinubu is the one who has everything to lose in this matter. If he isn’t careful, they will continue to use insecurity against him,” Ayodele added.
According to him, negotiation has transformed terrorism into a lucrative business, with international influences exacerbating the problem.
He warned that if the government does not take urgent action, both the poor and the rich will be affected.
Ayodele urged the President to take firm steps to dismantle the network behind terrorism and ensure that security is restored across the country.
