Anthony Joshua: Police arraign driver of Lexus SUV
The Ogun State Police Command on Friday charged the driver of the Lexus SUV in which Anthony Joshua was travelling when he got involved in a crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
The spokesperson of the command and a Deputy Superintendent of Police, DSP Oluseyi B. Babaseyi, confirmed this on Thursday.
In the terse confirmation on the WhatsApp group of the command for journalists, Babaseyi said the 46-year-old driver is charged to the Sagamu Magistrate Court in connection with the Anthony Joshua accident case.
“The case has been adjourned to January 20, 2026,” Babaseyi added.
The Eagle Online recalls that two of Joshua’s colleague: Kevin Latif Ayodele and Sina Ghami, died in the accident, which occurred on December 29, 2025.
