BREAKING: FG approves 150 cut-off mark for universities, nursing colleges
The federal government has pegged the minimum admission marks at 150 for both private and public universities in Nigeria.
Tunji Alausa, the minister of education, announced the decision at the ongoing 2026 admission policy meeting of the education stakeholders organised in Abuja by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
The government has also set 150 as minimum admission cut off mark for colleges of nursing across the country.(TheCable)
