Baba Ijesha shared the news via an Instagram post on Monday, with the actor describing their newborn as “God’s blessing”.
The film star appreciated Abiodun whom he called “my ever beautiful wife, strong Jagaban,” and introduced their son as “King Kagar Omiyinka”.

The birth marks a significant turn in the actor’s life following his recent release from prison.
Baba Ijesha completed a jail term in November 2025 after being convicted on charges including indecent treatment of a child and sexual assault.
In July 2022, a Lagos high court had sentenced him to 16 years’ imprisonment, though the sentence ran concurrently, resulting in approximately five years behind bars.
During his incarceration, Baba Ijesha maintained his innocence, claiming in April 2024 that he had been set up and was merely “acting according to a script” provided by a colleague.
The actor released a song titled ‘Eniwaye Daran’ in which he recounted the events leading to his arrest.
He alleged that comedian Princess had invited him to her residence under the pretence of a meal and a film role, only to orchestrate what he described as a scheme exploiting his fame.(TheCable)
