Osun Health Unions Applaud Adeleke’s Approval of Enhanced Allowances
Osun State Joint Unions in the health sector, (comprising of OSAMDO, NANNM, NUAHP and MHWUN) Commend Governor Adeleke for Approving Upward Review of Health Workers’ Allowances
The Joint unions in the Health Sector in Osun State, comprising of OSAMDO, NANNM, NUAHP and MHWUN have expressed profound appreciation to the Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator (Dr) Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, for approving the upward review of allowances for health workers in both the State and Local Government services.
The Unions described the approval as another clear demonstration of Governor Adeleke’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of workers and the strengthening of the healthcare system in Osun State.
According to the Unions, the approval will not only boost the morale of the health workers but will also enhance productivity, improve service delivery, and further encourage healthcare professionals to remain dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to the people of Osun State.
The Unions noted that Governor Adeleke has consistently prioritized the welfare of workers in general and that of the State’s health workers specialy since assuming office, adding that the latest approval reflects a leadership that values the sacrifices and indispensable contributions of health workers to the development of the State.
The Unions’ leadership also commended the Governor for his continued investments in the health sector, including the renovation of health facilities, recruitment of health personnel, and implementation of policies aimed at improving healthcare delivery across Osun State.
On behalf of all health workers in Osun State, the leaderships of OSAMDO, NANNM, NUAHP and MHWUN sincerely thanked Governor Ademola Adeleke for this thoughtful and timely intervention and prayed that God would continue to grant him wisdom, strength, and good health as he continues to deliver quality governance to the people of Osun State.
The Unions further reiterated their undiluted support and loyalty to Mr Governor’s God-sent administration and pledged their unalloyed support to ensure that the entire people of the State continue to enjoy this good and people’s centred governance till the year 2030 by God’s grace
