JUST IN: Reps panel links 12 entities, 58 bank accounts to PFIPC DG, indicts budget office
The House of Representatives ad hoc committee investigating the alleged fictitious Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC) has released its preliminary report.
In the report released on Wednesday, the committee said its investigation uncovered 58 bank accounts and 12 agencies and entities linked to Adeniyi Adeyemi, the PFIPC Director-General.
The panel also accused the Budget Office of the Federation of “institutional lapses” in the operations of the PFIPC.
The committee is expected to provide further details as it continues its investigation.
