Atiku’s Camp Lures First Lady, Seyi To Pull Tinubu Out Of 2027 Race
The video, which has attracted attention on social media, prompted Ibe to question whether Tinubu was physically prepared for another presidential contest ahead of the 2027 general election.
In his post, Ibe urged the President’s wife, Oluremi Tinubu, and his son, Seyi Tinubu, to offer him honest advice and encourage him to withdraw from the race.
“Tinubu’s latest campaign appearance raises a question the APC can no longer brush aside. Is he up to the demands of another presidential campaign and a second term?
“Aunty Remi and Seyi, you are among those closest to him. Give him the honest counsel his party seems unwilling to offer. Urge him to step out of the race with dignity,” Ibe wrote.
The ADC chieftain’s comments came amid growing political activities ahead of the 2027 presidential election, with Tinubu seeking re-election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
However, Ibe’s remarks were based on the video of the President’s movement during the Imo visit and did not establish any medical condition or provide evidence about Tinubu’s health.
