24-year-old Memory Shiri, who was found guilty of bewitching her husband’s peen, has been jailed by a Zimbabwean court.
The lady was jailed after her husband, a 40-year-old man, God wishes Magarira, who experiences erectile dysfunction whenever he is with his first wife dragged her before Gutu resident Magistrate court.
While witchcraft is not permitted under the Zimbabwean law, however, the court heard that in 2016, Magarira approached Shiri and asked her why he fails to have an erection whenever he wants to have sex with the first wife, and Shiri answered ‘ndakakusunga’ ( I bewitched you).
It was gathered that after she confessed to bewitching her husband’s peen, Margarita also got a medical examination report to prove that he was having sexual problems. Before the sentencing, Magarira had accused Shiri of boasting that she can control her husband’s sex life.
This is coming after it was reported that a wife who suspected her husband of having an affair with a landlady, sought the help of a witch-doctor who came up with a charm to ensure they are caught. This happened in Kitale, Kenya where the philanderer got hooked while having sex with the landlady on Friday, June 8, 2018.
The pair reportedly called for help from a Baraka Hotel room, where they engaged themselves in sexual intercourse.
According to more reports, the management of the hospitality home contacted the police after learning about the condition of their guests who were carried away to a new location where they hope to be separated. It was gathered that the landlady often disappears from home, anytime the husband announces an intention to go on a business trip.
It was further gathered that the wife confronted her husband about her suspicions, but he denied it. She afterward visited a witch doctor who helped her with the charm that led to the disaster.
