Nollywood actress Aisha Abimbola allegedly dies of breast cancer
Reports reaching us has it that popular Nollywood actress Aisha Abimbola is dead. This was made known in and Instagram post by her colleague, Actress Bisola Badmus.
According to Bisola Badmus, the 46-year-old actress popularly called “Omoge campus” died last night. However, Goldmyne reported that she died of breast cancer, last night in Canada.
Biography
Aisha Abimbola was born on December 19th in Epe, Lagos State, she studied Hotel Management from Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH).

Regarded as one of the talented role interpreters in Yoruba genre of the movie industry, Abimbola started acting right from her primary school days and had her first lead role in ‘Awerijaye’
Aisha has also featured in Wale Adenuga’s movie ‘No Pain No Gain’ and also ‘So Wrong So Right’ where she acted the role of Mrs. Camson
It could be recalled that this is coming almost a year after Moji Olaiya’s death. The talented actress died on May 17, 2017, in Canada. She died few months after welcoming her second daughter. The family of the late Nollywood actress, Moji Olaiya, has released a statement thanking everyone -friends, fans and colleagues -for the show of love and support. The popular actress was buried at the Ebony Vaults, situated inside Ikoyi Cemetery, Lagos, amidst tears and encomiums.
