BUA Group CEO, Abdulsamad Rabiu, Pledges $1,000,000, $500,000, Goal Bonuses To Super Eagles for Defeating Algeria
Nigerian billionaire industrialist and Chairman of BUA Group, Abdulsamad Rabiu, has announced a major financial incentive for the Super Eagles following their impressive victory over Algeria.
In a statement shared on his official social media platforms on Friday, Rabiu congratulated the national team for lifting the spirits of Nigerians with their performance and pledged substantial rewards to motivate the players ahead of the semi-finals and potential final.
According to the post, Rabiu pledged USD $500,000 to the Super Eagles players if they win their semi-final match, with an additional USD $50,000 for every goal scored in that game.
He further promised that should the team advance to win the final, he would reward them with USD $1,000,000, alongside a USD $100,000 bonus for each goal scored in the final.
Rabiu praised the players for carrying the nation forward and wished them continued success as they progress in the tournament.
