Presidency set to sack SDGs boss, Orelope-Adefulire over corruption allegations
Fresh information reaching THE WITNESS revealed that the Presidency through the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) has queried and recommended the removal of Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, the senior special assistant to the president on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), over corruption allegations.
According to inside sources, the development is not unconnected with series of petitions to the Presidency against the SDGs boss alleging various allegations of sharp practices by the office. This, the source divulged, prompted the office of the SGF to query SDGs chief for her defence.
The source further added that the reactions of the SDGs boss did not go down well with the SGF, Boss Mustapha, which made him recommend her sack to President Muhammadu Buhari.
