NYSC SPOKESPERSON CHARGES CORPS MEMBERS ON GOOD CONDUCT
The Spokesperson of the National Youth Service Corps, Mr Eddy Megwa has charged the two Corps Members that served in the Press and Public Relations Unit of NYSC NDHQ Abuja, to imbibe good conduct as they step into another phase in life.
He said good character is an invaluable asset that every human being should possess.
Megwa gave the charge during a brief sendforth that was organised for the duo of Bilkisu Mohammed Isma’il FC/21/A/4203 and Ayodele Blessing Elejo FC/21A/5455 as they complete their service year.
The Director urged them to use the lessons learnt during their service year to represent the Scheme as good ambassadors and as responsible role models at all times.
He also adminished them to launch into entrepreneurship with the skills they acquired from the NYSC Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development programme, saying it would make them job creators instead of searching for the unavailable salaried jobs.
Megwa implored them to always maintain the cordial relationship that exist between them and other Staff of the Unit.
Also in his remarks, the Deputy Director, Press and Public Relations, Mr Emeka Mgbemena commended the Corps Members for their diligence, sincerity and selfless service while they were in service.
Highpoint of the ceremony was the presentation of gifts from the Press and Public Relations Unit to the two Corps Members.
