Tinubu returns to Abuja after 12-day trip abroad
President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday evening returned to Abuja after a short trip to France.
The President left the country for France on September 4 as part of his annual vacation.
Tinubu was also scheduled to visit the United Kingdom during the period.
But this was shelved for undisclosed reasons.

During the trip, he met his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, at the Élysée Palace in Paris.
The two leaders discussed bilateral relations and reviewed strategic areas of cooperation between both nations.
Tinubu arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, at about 7:00 p.m., and was received by Senate President Godswill Akpabio and his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila.
Also at the airport were the Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, and other senior government officials.
