Skepta, a British grime rapper, has been honoured with a chieftaincy title in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state.

The rapper was conferred with the title of Amuludun Of Odo-Aje.

Skepta, real name Joseph Junior Adenuga, was born in the United Kingdom to immigrant parents from Nigeria.

Prior to the chieftancy title conferment, the rapper had headlined the BBK Africa’s Homecoming Concert.

BBK, an acronym for Boy Better Know, was founded by Skepta and his younger brother, Jamie Adenuga, who is also a grime rapper.

The BBK Africa Homecoming Concert took place on Monday at the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos.

Wizkid, Davido, Not3s, Wavy The Creator, Olamide, J-Hus, Odunsi The Engine, Ajebutter 22, BOJ and Santi were some of the artistes who performed at the concert.

Naomi Campbell, rumoured girlfriend of Skepta, is also presently in Nigeria.

The British supermodel walked the runway at the recently concluded ARISE Fashion Week.
