Strong indications have emerged at the weekend that the Presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and Former Governor of Cross River State His Excellency Donald Duke is considering a 37-year-old Senatorial Candidate, for Plateau Central, as his running mate for the 2019 presidential elections.

Dr. Chinnan Maclean Dikwal – a Chemical Engineer (PhD) and Director at a top international Oil & Gas company in London, just cliched the Plateau Central Senatorial ticket during the just concluded primaries of the Social Democratic Party to succeed Senator Joshua Dariye who is currently serving his jail term at the Kuje Prison.
Donald Duke’s outlook, it is said, stems from his commitment to thrust young and bright young men/women into key positions of governance.
However, Dr Chinnan Maclean Dikwal is a young man with experience having worked in numerous reputable international organisations in senior management capacities and joined the SDP party in early 2018.
