Popular Nigerian street-hop sensation, Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, claimed he has more hit songs than Grammy Award winner Burna Boy.
During a TikTok Live session on Thursday, November 7, 2024, the 30-year-old didn’t hold back, confidently stating that he has outpaced Burna Boy, whose real name is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, in producing hit tracks.
A video now trending across social media shows the “Zazu” singer saying he has more hits than Davido and Wizkid too.
“I have more hit songs than Burna Boy. I’m not making empty boasts. I have hit songs like ‘Tony Montana’. Uncle Burna, I have more hits than you.
“I didn’t go live on TikTok just to drop a single; I’m a TikToker. My single is bigger than Wizkid’s album. If they don’t promote you, you have to promote yourself. I swear to God who made me. If I featured Drake and he didn’t do a video, I’d call him out, because that’s exactly what he did for Wizkid,” he said.
The self-acclaimed “Wahala musician,” known for his bold statements and lively persona, stressed that his claim wasn’t mere talk but was backed by his chart-topping songs that connect with his fans.
