Buhari is a thief – Deji Adeynaju says over N242billion 2019 election budget

Social media activist and PDP member Deji Adeyanju has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari is a thief over the proposed N242billion 2019 election budget.

According to Deji Adeyanju, who took to his Twitterpage to call out the president, the proposed 2019 election budget is totally over-hyped and when compared to the budgets under the Jonathan administration, the it is obvious that President Buhari is a thief.

In his post, he maintained that the summation of the 2011 and 2015 budgets under former President Jonathan was N178billion, which included the costs of gadgets purchased by the administration. One would now wonder how the cost of election under the Buhari administration will sum up to N242billion despite not purchasing any new gadget for the election.

He wrote:

Elections under Jonathan cost N85billion in 2011 and N93b respectively in 2015. We bought Card readers, computers & everything. But under Buhari, N242b to be used for 2019 election. Now, we are not buying anything. Buhari Oleeeeeee Buhari Oleeeeeee Buhari Oleeeeeee
