An American-based organisation, The Future Platform USA, has unveiled plans for a monumental event in support of Seyi Tinubu’s gubernatorial bid for Lagos State in 2027.
The ‘All White Endorsement Event’ aims to bring together Nigerians, both at home and in the Diaspora, underscoring the group’s belief in Tinubu’s progressive vision for the future of Lagos State.
In a statement, at the weekend, the organisation highlighted Seyi Tinubu’s “exceptional leadership, professionalism, and commitment to community service, which have earned him widespread admiration”.
The event is set to be a display of unity, “showcasing the determination of Nigerians abroad to support Seyi Tinubu’s transformative leadership agenda”.
The Convener of the event, Austin Dafe, and the Secretary, Dr Earnest Ahamioje, expressed their excitement, describing the initiative as more than just an endorsement.
According to Dafe, the rally represents a global movement for change — one that aligns with the values and aspirations of Lagosians worldwide.
“This isn’t just an endorsement; it’s a statement. Seyi Tinubu embodies the type of leadership Lagos State needs — one that listens, acts, and is committed to making the state a city that thrives, grows, and competes on the global stage.
“We believe in his vision for Lagos — an inclusive, prosperous city with a strong focus on innovation, youths’ empowerment, and sustainable development. The All-White Endorsement Event is our way of raising our voices in support of this vision.”
The rally, according to the group, will kick off in Atlanta, U.S., on April 4, 2025, with the unveiling of an official track record for the candidate’s vision programme, adding that the event will later move to the United Kingdom on May 30, 2025, before reaching its grand finale in Lagos on July 4, 2025.
The Lagos leg, it added, would feature performances by top Nigerian artistes, comedians, and motivational speakers, alongside key influencers and community leaders.
