Bandits on Monday night killed several villagers in Fatarawa, Dutsin-Ma Local Government Area of Katsina State.
The bandits also abducted a prominent community leader, Sa’idu Idris Kwamanda, from his residence in Samaru, Gusau, Zamfara State.
This incident was contained in a post by security analyst, Bakatsine on Tuesday.
“Last night, bandits stormed Fatarawa in Dutsin-Ma LGA, Katsina State, killing many people. On the same night, they abducted Sa’idu Idris Kwamanda from his home in Samaru, Gusau town, Zamfara State,” Bakatsine wrote.
Authorities are yet to issue an official statement on the incident as of the time of filing this report.
