Osimhen seeks €20m annually for 5 years from Galatasaray
Victor Osimhen, the highly sought-after striker for the Super Eagles, is reportedly demanding an annual salary of €20 million to remain with Galatasaray, according to sources from Turkish sports news outlets.
Reports from TV 100 and Kafa Sports-Cumhuriyet indicate that individual negotiations with Osimhen have officially begun, following Galatasaray’s receipt of permission from Napoli.
Key points about the ongoing talks include: “The negotiation process is expected to last about a week to ten days. Osimhen’s chances of staying at Galatasaray have increased to 60%. He is seeking a 5-year contract along with the €20 million annual salary.”
Galatasaray’s Vice President, Niyazi Yelkencioğlu, stated, “First of all, it is Osimhen’s decision, and we are awaiting his choice. If he leaves, it will be for financial reasons. We know that his heart is here; however, financial matters are important and big numbers are being discussed. We will wait for Osimhen’s decision.”
Additionally, it has been reported that Osimhen is interested in purchasing a luxury villa in Acarkent, valued at approximately $3 million.
