Anthony Joshua has revealed he’s ready for a unification bout with WBC king Deontay Wilder and confirmed he will travel to Los Angeles to have a showdown talk with the American’s representatives.

Wider almost lost his title to Tyson Fury at the Staple Center on Sunday, but his two knockdowns of the brit earned him a controversial draw with the judges splitting the decisions.

After the bout, Wilder and Fury made intentions known to either agreed on a rematch or fight the WBO, IBF and WBA king.

‘‘I am going out to LA and we will talk (with Wilder’s representatives) this week. It is a fight we definitely want for April and will work hard to make.” Joshua said.

Wilder American’s co-manager Shelly Finkel had declared after the Sunday draw that his client is still “very interested” in facing Joshua next, a comment the Nigerian-British boxer didn’t take lightly.

“What took this fool so long?” began Joshua in a social media post responding to the comments.

“Like we ain’t been interested?!!.” Joshua said in a social media comment.

Joshua also believed Fury did enough to win the fight.

“Anyway, well-done Fury,” he continued, “They wanted to get you because they assumed you were finished!!

“I’ll give you a fair one when you’re ready! Either one of you!”

Meanwhile Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn added they will put in a lot of work to make sure the fight see the light of the day in April next year.

“I have spoken to Joshua since Saturday and his position is unchanged – he believes he will stop anyone put in front of him.”

“That has always been the fight we want because he has the last belt,” Hearn added.
