Well, Hushpuppi could not wait for his time, so he decided to take another path in life, he started his ‘online business’, where he takes money from people who have too much and use it to lead a luxurious lifestyle. His escape soon see him relocated to Malaysia around 2014 – where he lived for around 2 years. As you would have guessed, Malaysia and Thailand was the hotspot for the business Hushpuppi was into and he excelled to a great level which saw him move again to Dubai. Since then, Hushpuppi has never left Dubai – except for that one time when he sneaked with one of Paris top designer to one of his fashion shows in Paris on a private Jet. Hushpuppi regularly posts expensive shopping and outings on his instagram page – which has managed to attract over 2.2 million people who identify as his fans. Hushpuppi regularly give life advice to his fans and advice them not to give up as he was once a poor man, until mercy found him.
Although, there were several speculations on the authenticity of Hushpuppi’s source of income and his lifestyle in general, but no one has ever had a concrete proof that he was a ‘yahoo boy’ (There is still no proof as of now, aside from the heavily verified rumour that he has been arrested by a team of EFCC, FBI, Interpol and Dubai police). Hushpuppi has been conspicuously missing from his heavily trafficked Instagram page since the rumour of his arrest came out, which correlate the rumours. However, we are giving him the benefit of doubt, just maybe he decided to take a break from the sometimes over bearing social media – but this is highly unlikely.

As of now, the latest update is that Hushpuppi has enlisted the service of some of the best legal hands to represent him on his arrest. but it was also learnt that he had already been extradited to the USA, as these background work were done before he was tracked down and arrested.
