Abraham Adesanya Estate is a middle class residential estate in Lekki, shortly after Ajah roundabout. All houses in the estate are strictly commercial.

“I understand that the Lagos state government-owned Abraham Adesanya estate in Ajah, has been marked for demolition and rebuilding into a luxurious estate.
Towards this end, the government has reallocated new houses to former landlords in this estate, at a new location.
Some of these landlords, being aware that most Nigerians never carry out due diligence, before purchase; are already offering the houses earmarked for demolition in Abraham Adesanya estate, for sale.
These evil few, know that the houses and land now belong to the state government; but would want to make illegal money, while ensuring others lose their hard earned money.
