Adamawa records first case of coronavirus

Adamawa State has recorded its first confirmed case of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The case is said to be a returnee from Kano who had earlier submitted himself for testing.

The unidentified man, who had been in self-isolation since returning to the state last week, is reported to have contracted the virus.
