Nigerian Afro-pop queen Tiwa Savage has shared her thoughts on cheating in relationships, revealing that it’s not a deal-breaker for her.
Many however believed that the songstress hasn’t been lucky with love. She shared her thoughts in a recent episode of ‘The Receipts’ podcast hosted by Tolly T and Audrey.
The singer admits that lies hurt her more than the act of cheating itself. She said deeper issues such as drug abuse, emotional neglect and ghosting are the deal breakers for her.
“I have never left a man because he cheated on me. I’ve left due to so many reasons like drug abuse, emotional abuse, and being ghosted,” Savage said. Since her marriage to TeeBillz ended in 2016, Tiwa Savage has been in several high-profile relationships.
Her personal life has been subject to scrutiny, including the leak of her sex tape. But despite her past experiences, Tiwa Savage hasn’t given up on love. However, she’s clear about what she will not tolerate in a relationship.
