BREAKING: Coroner clears Dowen College, accused students of complicity in Oromoni’s death
Dowen College and its students accused of complicity in the death of Sylvester Oromoni has been cleared of any wrongdoings.
Mikhail Kadiri, the coroner, who presided over the matter, gave the verdict on Monday at a magistrate court sitting in the Ogba area of Lagos after a six-hour proceeding.
The judgement, which came after a two-year inquiry, held that Oromoni died of sepsis emanating from infecofbthe lungs and kidney caused an ankle injury.
It attributed the death of the deceased to an avoidable case of parental and medical negligence. (The Cable)
