It is a black day for some residents of Lagos as a tanker said to have been loaded with fuel, exploded along the Badagry expressway in the morning of Tuesday, October 2, reportedly killing an unspecified number of people.
Reports said that many of the residents were burnt while some houses were razed. At the time of this report, details about the incident were still sketchy.
