Street-pop artiste, Portable has revealed that his music studio in Ogun was “robbed” on Saturday.

In a series of videos, the artiste, who is now abroad, disclosed that the burglars broke into his music studio in Sango-Ota through one of its windows.

The ‘Zazoo Zeh’ hitmaker alleged that costly things and studio equipment worth millions of naira had been whisked away.

Portable, speaking in pidgin English, revealed that this is the second time his studio will be burgled.

“Trust nobody. If you are going out carry your source of wealth with you. It is not today they have been trying to achieve me,” he said in the video.

“E don Tey wey dem don they come that studio. Dem Wan burst my studio, burst everywhere. But thank God. You see, hungry wan kill una. Dem go sey make I help them. Dem go still thief my Kaya. Na people wey near me,” he said in a mixture of Pidgin and English.

“You are deceiving yourself. Money wey I use buy equipment for the studio I don see am the third day.

“I cannot feel it that they stole from me because I am comfortable. They took sound card, mixer, TV, PS 5 game, and other equipment. You cannot be successful as I am. This is the second time they are coming to my studio. Dem no see me the first time. Na so so dem wear black black. Na so dem still come again, dem wear black black.

“Thank God they did not kill anybody at my studio. Thank go they did not butcher people. Thank God I did not lose anybody because I get many people wey I sign. I am not a producer I only use the studio to help people.

“Na people surround me do am. As police come I sey make dem no arrest anybody, make dem leave them. Conscience will judge them. That is the same Zeh Nation studio that we are using to promote you all.”
