COVID-19: FCT confirms 52 new cases
The Federal Capital Territory Administration has confirmed fifty-two new cases of coronavirus.
The confirmation was made by FCTA in a tweet via its Twitter account on Sunday.
The tweet read “FIFTY TWO (52) NEW CASES IN THE FCT.
“Summary of #COVID19FCT as at 11:55pm, May 2nd, 2020.
“Total number of confirmed cases: 266
“Total number of active cases: 227.
“Total discharged: 36.
“Deaths recorded: 3.
”Residents are urged to continue to stay home and stay safe.”

Meanwhile, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, on Saturday confirmed 220 new cases of coronavirus disease in the country, making the confirmed cases of COVID-19 2,388 with 385 patients out of these have been discharged, while 85 deaths have been recorded
