Nigerian-British professional boxer, Anthony Oluwafemi Joshua, professionally known as Anthony Joshua aka AJ has revealed how often he reflects over death in most of his conversations daily.
The two-time unified world heavyweight champion, in a post via his Snapchat story, noted understanding that he will die one day makes him feel even more alive.

According to AJ, no day passes by without him pondering about or discussing death with his family or friends.
“My family and friends know that I think about death and talk about it in every convo we have lol.
“Understanding that one day I won’t be here in the physical form gives me lifeeeeee,” he wrote.
