The newly elected national chairman of People Democratic Party PDP Senator Iyorchia Ayu, former presidential candidate of the party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and other PDP chieftains will storm Anambra state for Valentine Ozigbo mega campaign rally in Awka on Tuesday.
Ozigbo, governorship candidate of the PDP, disclosed this in Awka, the state capital, during an interactive session with journalists on Monday.
According to him, the Tuesday mega rally is expected to attract who is who in the PDP to Anambra state.
Ozigbo said PDP is the only party in the state that can take the citizens of the state to greater height
“I’m the best option for Anambra people and PDP is what the state needs now is growth,” he said.
He also said that the only party that is generally accepted to Igbo, nationally and locally is PDP and they must come out on Saturday to demonstrate their acceptability of the party.
“Igbo has only one party they can trust in the country and that party is PDP ,that is why is the choice for all of us ” he said
According to Ozigbo, if he is elected as the governor, he would work harder to be popular.
He urged the residents to look for person with content of character, emotion and ability to listens as their choice of governor.
“Among all the quality I have mentioned, I have them, they are advantage over others,” he said
He said that he is the right person to lead Anambra to recover its lost glory.
