The Kano State Committee on Cattle Rustling on Thursday, recovered 804 cows from rustlers, the Chairman of the committee, Murtala Garo, said.
Garo, who spoke in Kwanar Dangora in the Kiru Local Government Area, explained that the committee has commenced the screening of the authentic owners of the cows for reintegration.

Garo called on members of the public to report any case of missing cattle or rustling to the committee.
The chairman said, “The state government has provided the logistic for the committee to carry out its functions without any rancour.”
Garba warned that, any person caught giving false information to the committee would be arrested and prosecuted. (Punch)
