After five months on the market, Leonardo DiCaprio has found a buyer for his Los Feliz home according to Mansion Global.

The actor listed the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom property for $5.75 million in August, but after a series of removals and re-listings, $4.895 million is what DiCaprio has landed on.

The final figure is just under the $4.91 million he paid musician Moby for the home when he purchased it in 2018.

Though the home’s location in Los Feliz isn’t exactly secluded, the property offers plenty of privacy to residents with large hedges, a gated driveway, and a passcode-protected door between the street and the home’s courtyard.

As per the listing, 4,644 square foot tudor traditional-style space was renovated by Moby during his time there. Grand fireplaces, cathedral ceilings, french doors, and ample paned windows give the space a sense of stateliness, while new marble bathrooms and an all white kitchen and breakfast nook bring a modern flair.

Outside, a kidney shaped pool and covered dining area are on offer, plus access to a guest suite and a steam room.

The LA Times reported that the home was never DiCaprio’s primary dwelling space, but that the actor purchased it for a family member.

DiCaprio purchased a different, similarly sized Los Feliz home from Jesse Tyler Ferguson in May of 2021, so it wouldn’t appear that any member of the DiCaprio clan is waving goodbye to the neighborhood anytime soon.
