The story of Mr Kola from Ikire in Osun State is perhaps one that touches the heart and the incident left him shattered as it revealed what he would remember for the rest of his life.
The 44-year-old man broke down in tears during a live radio interview as the incident of how DNA test showed that he is not the father of all the kids his wife bore for him was being recounted.
Mr Kola and his wife, Toyin Arike had 4 children together – Ayomide, 16, Sarah, 12, and two other kids aged 8 and 5 years respectively.
DNA test was conducted on all the 4 kids at the DDC DNA Diagnositic centre in Alakoko, Osogbo, and the result showed that Kola is not the biological father of any of the kids.
Reacting live on air, Toyin, a health care worker, said: “I don’t accept the result. I don’t accept it because I was not there when they took samples and I don’t know which sample they took, so, I don’t accept it. I can’t accept it because I know how I conceived those children.”
It is alleged that a certain Brother Segun is the biological father of the children, but Toyin denied this.
