Jesse Lingard and Andreas Pereira are reportedly facing uncertain futures at Manchester United.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer appears to be losing patience with the under-performing pair, having axed the midfielders from his team leading up to football’s coronavirus lockout.

Lingard and Pereira have come under heavy scrutiny from fans this season and now reports are surfacing they could be sold in the summer.

The Sun claim Solskjaer is prepared to listen to offers for the duo as be begins plans for a summer revamp.

United have been continuously linked with moves for Jack Grealish, James Maddison and Jadon Sancho.

And selling both Lingard and Pereira could pave the way for those deals.

Lingard has noticeably struggled for form since the 2018 World Cup and started just one of United’s last three games – in the FA Cup win at Derby.

Despite playing the full 90 minutes, he was abused by fans as he left the stadium earlier this month.

Pereira, meanwhile, has been mainly limited to substitute appearances with Fred and Nemanja Matic in rejuvenated form.

Lingard and Pereira were not even selected for United’s squads in their convincing victories over Manchester City and Watford.

Lingard, who revealed to Sportsmail last year he has been struggling with his mother’s illness and caring for his young brother and sister this season, still has two more years left on his deal.
