My Wife Cools Off With 50 Sticks Of Cigarettes Per Day – Man cries out
Dear Oyin,
I am fed up with the woman I call my wife. She gives me horrors and most times I wish I never married her. There are some things I see in her that I never thought the woman I married can do. For instance, she smokes like a chimney. My wife can smoke up to 50 sticks of cigarette a day. I am not joking about this. What upsets me the most is the fact that she smokes even in the presence of our children. She doesn’t care that she is giving them a bad example. She even sends them to get cigarettes for her.
I remember one afternoon, she didn’t cook, the children were hungry, and instead of her to prepare food for the children, she sent them on errand to get her cigarettes. I was so mad that day and I had to instruct my children never to buy cigarettes for her again. I took my children out to buy food for them since she couldn’t cook for us. Aside this, she is also becoming way ward. She doesn’t care about us in the house; her new development is getting high on hard drugs. I think I have taken enough of the insults from her. It’s time to move on.

Dear Raymond,
Sir, your mind is already made up about your wife and if truly your claims are true, then it’s better to follow your heart. Staying with an addict can sometimes be dangerous and besides you should have talked to her concerning smoking in the presence of the children. In short, my advice is to tell her for now to stop smoking inside the house; this is to secure the health of your children and yourself.
As for the cooking I would advice you to look for a cook or you cook for your children. Depending on a drug addict to cook for you is dangerous. When she is high, she is not aware of her surrounding; she is in a different world of her own and would not want to be disturbed.
Before you make your final decisions, please call someone who can talk to her maybe she would reduce and change her habits but if she refuses to listen, then I would advice you do what is best for your children and yourself.
