Nigerians across the country and the world have been assured of better days ahead for them and their loved ones.
This assurance was given to citizens by the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the celebration of the nation’s 64th Independence Day anniversary.
The chairman of the APC in Lagos State, Cornelius Ojelabi in his Independence Day celebration message said the APC led by President Bola Tinubu is working hard to ensure that every Nigerian have a good life.
Ojelabi said as Nigerians honour the sacrifices of the nation’s founding fathers, the APC reaffirms its commitment to the party’s ideals which include unity and inclusivity, economic growth and development, good governance and accountability.
He said, “We want to assure you that we hear your voices, feel your pains, and share your aspirations.”
While assuring that the APC’s leadership would not relent in investing in rural infrastructure development and many more, Ojelabi calls for citizens’ involvement in nation-building.
“You are the backbone of our great nation and state. Together, we can achieve greatness.
“May God bless Nigeria and guide us towards prosperity. May His divine wisdom strengthen our unity.
“May our collective efforts yield fruitful results, and may peace reign in our land,” he said.
