There are indications that the health of the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is deteriorating at the Department of State Services (DSS) cell.

The IPOB leader might have been brought down by tuberculosis if the words of his lawyer, Aloy Ejimakor are true.

Ejimakor took to twitter on Monday to declare that Nnamdi Kanu is not feeling fine.

He said his associate, Barr. Mandela met with Kanu at the DSS cell and that he told the lawyer to direct him to make it public that he had an episode of profuse nose-bleeding on Monday.

According to Ejimakor, the DSS had transferred a detainee diagnosed with tuberculosis to his cell block.

He wrote: “Today, my associate, Barr Mandela met with Onyendu #MNK at the DSS.

“He reports that MNK directed me to make it public that he had an episode of profuse nose-bleed yesterday & that the DSS has transferred a detainee diagnosed with tuberculosis to his cell block. This is ominous.”
