THE governor of Edo State, Sen. Monday Okpehbolo has sent six names of commissioner nominees to the state House of Assembly for confirmation.
This was contained in a letter signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Ikhilor and sent to the Assembly.
They are Olabisi Idaomi, Paddy Iyamu, Paul Ohonbamu, Washington Osifo, Lucky Eseigbe and Andrew Ijegbai.
The letter titled, “Request for the confirmation of commissioners” stated, “I write at the instance of the Governor of Edo Monday Okpebholo to forward for the consideration and confirmation of the Assembly, the underlisted names as Commissioner designates.
They are Hon. Paul Ohonbamu, Washington Osifo, Dr Paddy lyamu, Sir Lucky Eseigbe, Andrew ljegbai and Barr Marie Olabisi Idaomi
“While looking forward to the expeditious confirmation of the names, please accept the assurances of the warm regards of Mr. Governor.”
