Senator Dino was on Wednesday brought to a Magistrate court in Abuja on a stretcher by police.
The senator was granted bail in the sum of N90 million with two sureties.
He was unresponsive as he got wheeled into the courtroom by his lawyers and security operatives.
Reports said Dino was whisked away by a waiting ambulance and was accompanied by over 100 armed policemen.
