It’s a 5 decade plan that was designed after my executive program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2014 and as long as we do not alter our value propositions and we maintain the strategy as it is, perhaps only doing modifications, convincingly I can tell you that Ronchess is the next big deal in the construction, power and energy
market in Africa.
Q: With over 13 years’ experience in the construction industry, how is Ronchess Global Resources Plc, positioned to take advantage of the Highway Development and Management Initiative of the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing?

A: On a standpoint, We foresee this position coming which align with our model and plans and for now none of our competition has it in place. It’s an opportunity for Ronchess and her shareholders, perhaps it’s the best time for Ronchess to demonstrate her unique value propositions in the competitive environment with the HMDI project which would resonate with Ronchess services as the best construction and traffic solutions company in the industry because we are very innovative and always give longevity service to our clients.
Q: In recent development, Ronchess converted from a Limited Liability firm to a Public Limited Liability Company. What is this about?

A: Having led my team and the company since 2008 in achieving its vision, it’s time to evolve the company from a limited liability firm to a PLC position and stabilize our corporate governance with best practices and global practice standards. Also the PLC is what we all

long for in the team since 2010 for the company’s growth and expansion and deliver value to our shareholders at the same time.
Looking at the deficit of infrastructure in Nigeria and Africa as a whole and with the upcoming development in Nigeria, Ronchess is in a position to leverage on the PLC structure
to deliver best in class projects and values with our seasoned strategy in place of been in the forefront of constr uction & infrastr ucture companies that create value and deliver great returns to our shareholders and communities.

Q: A cursory look at your financials, shows Ronchess generated in excess of US$20 Million dollars in 2020 despite a pandemic year, what is responsible for this upward projection when compared with your 2019 figures?

A: We always have our strategy and game plan in place every year and we understand the sector that we are in quite well and that has always increased our revenue year in year out with our deliveries which generate higher numbers each year. The comparison is never to swing the bat on every ball (Businesses), the plan is to stay focus on the dash before hitting the ball because the right ball (Business) will surely come.

Q: As you transit into a publicly listed entity in Nigeria, what would the new structure of Ronchess look like, with regards to business projections and possibly diversification?

A: Of course we continue to focus on our team development and expanding the team structure to accommodate our business plans and strategies. Our strategy is universal in a unique portfolio that we have built over the years which is a good pie for us In diversification method. Ronchess is already positioned in the global wealth creation market long before now since 2014 when we setup Ronchess international LLC in New York City.
