Sylvester Stallone’s mother dies at 98

The mother of Hollywood’s famous actor Sylvester Stallone is dead. However, the exact circumstances surrounding the death of Jackie Stallone, the famed celebrity astrologer is still unclear, TMZ reports.

Mrs Stallone was well-regarded as an astrologer, dancer and women’s wrestling promoter.

Not to mention, she was the mother of three famous children; Sylvester, singer Frank Stallone and the late actress Toni D’Alto, whom she had with Anthony Filiti.

Mrs Stallone helped kick-start the original “GLOW” wrestling program back in the ’80s serving as a manager and promoter for the league.

The famous astrologer made some television appearances throughout the ’90s, and she had her psychic hotline.

Jackie was a reality TV star in her own right as she appeared on at least a couple seasons of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ in the UK, and her persona had been parodied throughout the years, including on “Saturday Night Live.”

Also, she was very much active in her later years. She posted some workout videos of herself doing cardio, plyometrics and even some dancing in studios.

Jackie is survived by her two sons, as well as several grandchildren.  (AFP)
