There’s a cabal in Nigeria’s gospel music industry – Woli Arole

Woli Arole, a popular Nigerian comedian, has alleged that there is a cabal in the Nigeria gospel music industry.

According to the comedian, there is a “cabal”  that decides the fate of fellow gospel artistes.

Arole made this known on Instagram amidst the conversation surrounding the mistreatment of singers by record label bosses since the passing of Afrobeats musician, Mohbad.

Arole claimed that the gospel music “cabal” even has a WhatsApp group where they make decisions to “pull other artistes down”.

He also said that gospel artistes are excluded from gigs if they are seen with someone the cabal does not approve of.
