American rapper Kanye West has revealed why he bought a house not too far from his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. The singer spoke about it while having an interview with Jason Lee for Hollywood Unlocked.
West stated that his solace comes from seeing his children and getting a schedule on how and when to see them. He added that it was the reason he bought the house.
He revealed that when his mother took him from Atlanta to Chicago, his father didn’t leave Atlanta for Chicago because of him. But he wouldn’t allow anything come between him and his children. Not even his music career or security will get between him and his children.
“My solace comes from seeing my kids and getting a solid schedule, for that is why I even got the house.
“You see, when my mom took me from Atlanta to Chicago, my dad didn’t come to the coldest and most dangerous city in the world to be next to me. “He said, I m’ going to stay done in Atlanta”.
“Nothing with my career, with this rap, with this media, with none of that, that’s gonna keep me from my children. And that’s what I want everybody to know”
It will be recalled that West recently purchased a house across the street away from his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian.
