Erling Haaland’s future stalls because of Mino Raiola’s health
Borussia Dortmund are clear that they want to resolve Erling Haaland’s future as soon as possible. However, agent Mino Raiola’s health deteriorated and that has delayed even further the footballer’s decision.
Haaland could stay or could leave Borussia Dortmund. Anything could happen in these next few months until his 75 million euro buyout clause is activated. That has clubs like Real Madrid rubbing their hands with clear.
The Norwegian is debating between making another big step up in his sporting career and remaining the spearhead of a Dortmund team who want to know his decision as soon as possible. That would give them time to find a replacement if he decides to go.
However, when everything seemed to look like it could be resolved, Mino Raiola’s health worsened and that meant he had to be admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
That has caused, ‘AS’ explains, that Erling Haaland’s future has frozen completely. Everything has stopped and it will remain like that until the prestigious agent recovers and can lead negotiations again.
Mino Raiola’s inner circle is giving little away on his health so Dortmund and the player are remaining patient.
In fact, Erling Haaland himself spoke to journalist Jan Aage Fjortoft of ‘Viaplay Football’ a few days ago and he said that he did not want to say anything about alleged pressure from Dortmund.
“My comments about being pressurised by Dortmund? I felt it was time to say something. Many others were speaking, so that was it. Now I really don’t want to stay too much more about it,” said a Haaland who preferred to look ahead.
The player will have moe time to study and analyse his future as the offers and interest from most Europe is still there. They are just waiting for Mino Raiola to get better.
