The presidential ambition of former governor of Lagos, Senator Bola Hammed Tinubu received a boost on Thursday with royal blessings from the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Eniitan Ogunwusi, Orangun of Ila, Oba AbdlWahab Adedotun and Owa Obokun of Ijesaland, Oba Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran.
Tinubu in continuation of his nationwide consultation tour along with his entourage was received by prominent Osun traditional rulers at the palaces of the Ooni at Ile-Ife and Owa at Ilesa.
The monarchs took their turns to bless the presidential aspiration of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and urged him to prosecute his ambition diligently.
Speaking at the palace of the Ooni of Ile-Ife, Tinubu canvassed for tolerance among the political class and among Nigerians in general.
He maintained that the same blood runs in the veins of every Nigerian, adding that neither religion, ethnicity or any form of diversity should separate us but rather work for our goodness.
On the aspiration of youths to rule Nigeria, Tinubu assured them of place but urged them to build character and utilize every endowment to get to the top.
Tinubu who declared his intention to become the president of Nigeria after the tenure of Muhammadu Buhari noted that he had used everything within his capacity to serve the nation at whatever level he found himself.
